“Modified safety watch” is typically enforced when an inmate attempts to harm themself or is believed to be at risk of doing so.
The specific details that led to the safety watch being applied have not been confirmed.
Paillet’s arrest allegedly took place after a woman went through his phone and found a video of him sexually assaulting her 2-year-old relative.
Paillet has a large following on social media, where he is known as “Kandy Red Bread.” He has been pictured on social media with some of the city’s most influential figures in the music, media and car industries.
His Instagram account has over 62,000 followers, where he specializes in customizing cars with iconic Houston-influenced modifications, including “slabs,” “candy paint” and “swangas.”

He is currently being held without bond.
