Houston-area residents and small businesses now have more ways to ship packages quickly and internationally without traveling far.

DHL Express has opened four new retail shipping stores across the Houston metropolitan area, expanding access to domestic and international shipping services in a region where global connections are part of daily life. The new DHL ServicePoints are located in Houston, Katy and Missouri City, bringing the total number of DHL-owned locations in the greater Houston area to 13.

For customers, the expansion means faster service, shorter travel times, and more in-person support, especially important in a city with a large immigrant population, a growing small-business sector, and strong international trade ties.

Houston is one of the nation’s fastest-growing economic hubs, and demand for global shipping continues to rise. Many residents regularly ship packages to family overseas, while local entrepreneurs rely on international delivery to reach customers and suppliers abroad. DHL says the new locations are designed to meet that growing demand by offering more convenient access to shipping services closer to where people live and work.

Each ServicePoint provides both international and domestic shipping options for customers with or without a DHL account. Trained specialists are available to help with packing, customs paperwork, and navigating international shipping requirements, often one of the biggest hurdles for first-time or small-scale shippers.

The locations also offer time- and day-definite delivery options to more than 220 destinations worldwide, along with packing supplies such as DHL-branded boxes. Customers can also manage deliveries through DHL’s mobile app, allowing them to customize delivery times and options.

DHL leaders say the expansion reinforces the company’s long-term investment in the Houston region, which plays a critical role in U.S. and global trade. By increasing the number of retail locations, the company aims to better support local businesses while helping residents stay connected to family, friends, and markets around the world.

The new DHL ServicePoint locations are at:

  • 1007 Dairy Ashford Rd., Suite B, Houston
  • 800 Travis St., Suite 150, Houston
  • 2535 Cartwright Rd., Missouri City
  • 1315 W. Grand Parkway, Suite 111, Katy

In addition to its company-owned stores, DHL continues to operate thousands of partner ServicePoint locations nationwide, offering Houstonians even more options for fast and reliable international shipping.
