Suspect shot by Montgomery County Pct. 2 deputy at Conroe park

CONROE, Texas – The Montgomery County Pct. 2 Constable’s Office says a deputy shot a suspect at a park in Conroe Tuesday.
The shooting happened at Carl Barton Jr. Park off S. Loop 336 East in Conroe.
It is unclear what led up to the shooting, but the deputy was not injured.
The suspect is being taken to a hospital. His condition is not known at this time.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has responded to the scene along with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
