HOUSTON – Authorities have arrested a man caught filming a woman with his cell phone at a Walmart in northwest Harris County, but said she wasn’t the only one he targeted that day.
It happened on Sunday at the Walmart on Kuykendahl Road near Spring, when Harris Co. Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said his deputies got a call about a man recording under a woman’s dress. Witnesses saw Jesus Guerrero, 22, filming the woman as she tried reaching for something on a shelf and was confronted before snatching his cell phone.

Surveillance video also corroborated the witnesses’ account, and Walmart security detained Guerrero until deputy constables arrived.
Guerrero later admitted to recording the victim and taking similar videos of about 15 other people that same day. Herman said Guerrero also confessed to selling the recordings online as well as “using them for personal gratification.”
