Investigators say the suspect, 45-year-old James Turner, is wanted for indecent exposure after a disturbing incident that happened on April 24, 2024.

According to court documents, the woman had requested a ride when things quickly took an uncomfortable turn.

Turner, who was driving a black 2017 Nissan Altima, reportedly started flirting with her and making suggestive comments, even though she made it clear she wasn’t interested. He then suggested they get a hotel room.

Things escalated when Turner pulled the car over in a secluded area in northwest Harris County, exposed himself, and told the woman, “Let’s go get a room. You made me do this.”

The woman told authorities that Turner reached into the backseat to touch her inappropriately and even forced her hand toward his mouth. It wasn’t until she called her spouse that Turner backed off and finally took her to her destination.

The woman was able to provide some crucial details, including a distinctive tattoo on Turner’s private area.

Investigators traced the phone number he used and confirmed the car he was driving belonged to him. She later picked him out in a photo lineup.

If you know anything about where he might be, you’re urged to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers.
