Man in critical condition after shooting in north Houston, gunman at large

HOUSTON – Authorities are piecing together what led up to a shooting Monday morning in north Houston, where at least one person was hospitalized.

Houston police say it happened around 8:15 a.m. on East Crosstimbers off the North Freeway.

An unidentified man was rushed to a hospital. Authorities say he is in critical condition.
The shooter is still on the run. Police say they may know who the suspect is, but they are still working to determine if it is who they think it is.
