3-year-old run over by vehicle in Spring

A 3-year-old toddler was hit by a car in the Spring area.

The incident was reported at 5:15 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of Leaflet Lane in Spring.

EMS is currently at the scene treating the toddler. The child was transported to the hospital awake and breathing.

The driver of the vehicle that hit the child remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

KPRC 2 does not have information on the child’s specific condition or the circumstances that led to the incident.
