62-year-old accused of providing drugs which led to Montgomery County man’s overdose death

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A 62-year-old Livingston man has been charged, accused of providing heroin and methamphetamine to a Montgomery County man, which led to his death in 2024.

Douglas Hendon is charged with delivery of a controlled substance causing death.

Hendon is accused of providing the drugs to a 43-year-old Montgomery County man, who was found dead on November 19, 2024, in the 12000 block of Ridgecrest Drive.

An autopsy confirmed the man died from the toxic effects of heroin and methamphetamine.

During the investigation, it was discovered Hendon had supplied the drugs to the man who died.

An arrest warrant was issued and Hendon was taken into custody on April 7.
