WEBSTER, Texas – Authorities are trying to piece together what led up to a deadly shooting Monday night outside a movie theater in Webster.

Webster police say it happened at the Cinemark Theater on Gulf Freeway where two women were shot and rushed to UTMB Clear Lake.
The suspected gunman, who has not been identified by police, was later found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Investigators said the two women succumbed to their injuries but at last check, the suspected shooter remains in a hospital in serious condition.
Officials have not shared a motive for what happened.
