THE WOODLANDS, Texas – A 100,000 bond has been set for a martial arts instructor who’s accused of sexually assaulting a young juvenile in The Woodlands, according to theMontgomery County Sheriff’s Office .

The Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest warrant for 32-year-old Stephen Zarruk on Jan. 17. The arrest follows an ongoing investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile student.
Zarruk reportedly sexually abused the young student during individualized training sessions conducted at The Woodlands Karate & MMA in The Woodlands.

It was discovered that he also worked as a substitute teacher and contract physical education instructor for Conroe Independent School District .
For this reason, the Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who has information about this case, or any concerns regarding their children’s interaction with Zarruk, to call 936-760-5800, option 3, and reference case number 25A008737.
Zarruk was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
