Texas City man wanted after being charged with sexual assault of a child

A man from Texas City is wanted after authorities say he sexually abused a minor.

Eduardo Enrique Romero II, 35, has been charged with sexual abuse of a child.

Texas City Police Department received reports of the abuse back in December of 2024. After Romero was identified, he was officially charged, and a warrant was created for his arrest.

His bond has been set at $250,000.
