8-year-old boy attacked by pit bull in Spring neighborhood

HOUSTON – An 8-year-old boy was hospitalized Tuesday after being attacked by a pit bull in a Spring neighborhood, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.
Deputies responded to a call about an aggressive animal humane call in the 21200 block of Shadow River Lane.
Upon arrival, deputies were informed that an 8-year-old boy was attacked and bitten by the dog.
The child was taken to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.
