Neighbor accused of shooting two other neighbors in southeast Houston

HOUSTON – Two people were recovering in the hospital after a neighbor shot them in southeast Houston , police said.
It happened at a home on Des Jardines Street and Carrolton Street at about 9 p.m. Friday.
Police said a group of neighbors were hanging out, drinking when an argument broke out.
Investigators said one neighbor pulled out a gun and shot two others. One was shot in the leg and the other in the buttocks.
The victims were taken to a hospital and are expected to survive.
Police said the shooter stayed at the scene and was arrested.
