Airplane crashes at small airport in Manvel, 2 passengers walk away

A small airplane has crashed at a residential airport in Manvel.

The crash was reported at around 3:42 p.m. Friday afternoon at the Wolfe Airpark off of Belcher Rd.

The aircraft involved in the incident had two passengers, and Manvel Police Department reported that both were able to walk away from the situation without injuries. They also said that there were also no physical injuries or outside property damage associated with the crash.

The Department of Public Safety has been notified of the situation and will be taking over the investigation from here.
