Houston drivers faced major delays this morning after an incident closed all westbound lanes of I-10 Katy Freeway at Hogan St. around 7:35 a.m.
Witnesses reported that a man jumped from an overpass and landed on a vehicle traveling below, where he was later pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities have since completed their investigation, and all lanes are now reopened, though traffic may still experience some residual delays.
Houston TranStar cameras previously showed heavy congestion in the area, and motorists are advised to continue using caution as traffic returns to normal.
