Woman transported to hospital after being shot in SW Houston

A woman was injured after being shot in southwest Houston.
The shooting occurred on the 6100 block of Dashwood Dr. in the Gulfton neighborhood. The call dropped just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday night.
According to HPD, the woman was transported to a nearby hospital.
