Multiple lanes blocked on Katy Freeway after truck hits bridge, loses load

Multiple planes have been blocked across IH-10 Katy Freeway at Houston Ave. after a truck hitting the bridge and losing its load across the road.
The collision happened around 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon and was reported by the Houston District of the Texas Department of Transportation.
