27-year-old woman drowns at Galveston Beach No description found
GALVESTON – A 27-year-old unidentified woman drowned at Galveston Beach Friday morning.
The Galveston Island Beach Patrol received a call from a concerned bystander that a woman was swimming at Bermuda Beach when she suddenly became motionless and was lying face down in ankle-deep water.
The bystander pulled the woman out of the water before Galveston EMS arrived. The woman was pronounced dead at 7:47 a.m.
