According to Constable Mark Herman with Harris County Precinct 4 , officers were called to a disturbance at the fast food chain on FM 1960 near Lee Rd. That’s where the constable says during an argument, an unidentified man threw the milkshake “at an employee’s face.”
It’s unclear what sparked the argument, or how full the milkshake was but Constable Herman said it caused the employee pain.
