The Rescued Pets Movement is reaching out for donations, as animal supplies are running low.
According to its website, the Houston-based nonprofit organization has saved nearly 87,000 animals since it was founded in 2013. With an influx of animals in their care, they are calling out to Houstonians for help.
“The food we currently have will only last us through the week, and we’re facing a critical shortage,” a post from the organization’s Instagram account read. “Your generosity can help ensure that they have full bellies, and everything they need to thrive while they wait for their forever lives!”
Donations can be dropped off from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at Rescued Pets Movement, located in the Jack C. Alexander Building at 2317 West 34th St. Houston, TX 77018.
