HOUSTON, Texas – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office reported that a missing 16-year-old boy with a mental health condition was found on March 16.
Deputies said the teen was last seen on Feb. 25 in the 900 block of Heathfield Drive in Channelview.

After being located, he was reportedly returned home to his father and said to be in good spirits.
