EL PASO, Texas – An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old.
Kenji Montoya was last seen at 8:46 p.m. on Wednesday in the 11200 block of Kingfish Court in El Paso.

Kenji has brown hair and brown eyes and is around two-and-a-half feet tall. He was wearing a Spiderman long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans.
Police say he may be with 30-year-old Miguel Montoya. It’s not clear what the relationship is between the two.
Montoya stands around 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs around 130 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
They’re believed to be in a 2020 gray Dodge Journey with license plate TKR0213.
