Silver Alert issued for missing 69-year-old woman last seen in SW Houston

HOUSTON – A Silver Alert has been issued for a 69-year-old woman who was reported missing in southwest Houston Saturday.
According to the alert, Phyllis Washington was last seen in the 12500 block of Brookglade Circle at approximately 11:15 a.m. Saturday.
She was reportedly last seen wearing a green shirt, green pants, and maroon shoes.
If you have seen her, you are asked to call the Houston Police Department at 832-394-1840.
