HOUSTON – The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Job Fair is happening on Saturday.

If you want to get involved with a job at the rodeo, today is the day to find one. The event is happening at the NRG Stadium West Club.

Many different vendors will be attending and hiring for seasonal positions.

Those part time jobs include concessions, cashiers, bartenders, wait staff, event staff, carnival ride and game attendants, and security.

If any of those seem interesting to you - be sure to check out the fair.

Officials are asking that you register on the rodeo website to go to the event. Register here.

We talked with Danielle Grossman, the Houston Rodeo Director of Strategic Communications, on the KPRC 2+ livestream about the job fair, and she said they are looking to hire a few thousand people.

The job fair goes from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

You can find parking in the teal lot at Kirby and Murworth.
