Recognize him? Man accused of stalking 15-year-old teen, threatening to shoot up League City home remains on the run

LEAGUE CITY, TexasPolice in League City are looking for a suspect accused of stalking a 15-year-old online and threatening to shoot up her home.

Victor Ferman, 20, is wanted for stalking. Police said he is considered armed and dangerous.

The teen’s mother told KPRC 2′s Corley Peel she first noticed Ferman at their home in August. She had called police but it wasn’t until he tried to break into their home back in December.

According to League City Police Department’s public information officer Jose Ortega, the teen reportedly knew Ferman through a friend and began chatting on Snapchat.

“She first became friends with him through social media on snap chat because he appeared to be a friend of a friend on social media,” Ortega said.

Ortega said things took a dark turn. That was when he said Ferman allegedly requested sex from the teen. She denied the request and blocked him.

But it didn’t stop there. Police said Ferman created new accounts to continue contacting her and found out where the teen lived via location settings, visiting her home six times.

Police said they received several stalking instances from August to December 2023.

The teen spoke up about the threats on Dec.1, after Ferman allegedly broke a window at her home.

Ferman is also accused of making threats and posting TikTok videos, showing maps of her home. In one of the TikTok videos, detectives confirmed Ferman posted a TikTok video, saying he “would use a long barrel gun or sniper” to shoot the teen and her siblings. He added he would “throw a homemade grenade at her home.”

Ferman also posted maps of her home, showcasing where to shoot, according to detectives.

Officials in League City are still investigating this case.

Ortega encourages parents to remind teens to turn off their locations on social media apps.

“One thing would be knowing their passwords to their accounts, having an agreement with them that you’re checking your account frequently.”

Ferman is believed to be homeless and frequents the Houston, Pearland, and League City areas.

Anyone with information in this case is asked to call League City PD at 281-554-1904.
