Man in critical condition after ‘accidental’ shooting in SW Houston; suspect in custody
A man is in critical condition after he was injured in a shooting in southwest Houston on Tuesday, according to the Houston Police Department. (Sky 2)
HOUSTON – A man is in critical condition after he was injured in a shooting in southwest Houston on Tuesday, according to the Houston Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to the 12000 block of Tambourine Drive at about 5:23 a.m. due to the shooting.
Police said a woman told them she was putting her gun in a drawer and “accidentally” shot her brother in the back of the head.
A suspect was detained, and the man was taken to a local hospital.
