1 injured in shooting in Missouri City

MISSOURI CITY, Texas – One person was injured in a shooting on Tuesday in Missouri City, according to police.
The Missouri City Police Department said, officers were called about the shooting on Independence Boulevard and Lexington Boulevard around 10:15 a.m.
Police did not state if a suspect was in custody. There was limited information about the incident.
