5 hospitalized, including 2 officers, after police chase ends in crash in north Houston

HOUSTON – Police said that five people were taken to the hospital, including two officers, after a chase ended in a crash in north Houston.

The chase ended after the suspect crashed out on on Little York Road at Aldine Westfield.

According to Houston police, a stolen vehicle refused to stop after officers attempted to pull it over.

Officers said while they were chasing the suspect, they traveled through an intersection and collided with an innocent driver.

Three people in that vehicle and the two officers who were in their HPD patrol unit went to the hospital after the crash.

The suspect later crashed and was arrested.
