Rain is in the Christmas Eve forecast for Houston: Here are some holiday activities your family can do indoors

HOUSTON – There’s a 30% chance of rain on Saturday in the Houston area, and we’re going to have showers and possibly thunderstorms on Christmas Eve.

Don’t worry though! We’re expecting to mostly be dry and warm on Christmas Day.

If you’re looking to spend time with your family before Christmas, you’ll probably have to stay inside.

• Christmasopoly: It’s a festive version of Monopoly.
• Candy cane game: You just need a large pack of candy canes. Dump the candy in a pile in between two players. The players will put a candy cane in their mouth and go fishing for other candy canes. Then, they’ll place them on a plate. The one with the most candy canes wins!

Watch Holiday movies

Movies are a great way to spend some time with friends and family indoors. Here are some suggestions.
