Amber Alert issued for 2 San Antonio children believed to be in grave danger

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – An Amber Alert was issued on Sunday for two children abducted out of San Antonio, Texas.

The children are believed to be in grave danger and were last seen in the 4700 block of Saddle Ridge in San Antonio on Saturday.

Authorities are looking for 4-year-old Milo Ortiz. He weighs about 41 pounds and is three feet and six inches tall. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

San Antonio police are also looking for 2-year-old Sienna Ortiz. She is two feet and six inches tall and weighs about 29 pounds. Sienna has brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities believe Demetri Ortiz, 22, has the children. He is five feet and seven inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Demetri is possibly driving a 2015 black Chrysler 300 with the following license plate: LPR4543.

He also has a tattoo on his chest.
