Pct. 4 carried out an investigation at Sophia Massage at approximately 1:30 p.m. in the 4500 block of FM 1960, after receiving complaints that alleged that prostitution was taking place at the establishment.

During the operation, an investigator posed as a customer and was “solicited for sex and/or sex acts by one female working in the establishment,” authorities said.

Mei Wang was then arrested. She also did not have a license to be a massage therapist.

At the scene, a woman said Mei Wang was also a victim of human trafficking, but she later denied this.

Mei Wang’s bond has not been decided yet.

Anyone with additional information on this case is urged to call Pct. 4 at 281-376-3472.
