Investigators said on Dec. 13, 2021, Jasper County Sheriff’s Office received reports of several sexual assaults at a home located in Evadale, Texas.

As the investigation progressed, authorities said they discovered that Isaacks, a youth baseball coach and president of the Evadale Little League Baseball organization, sexually assaulted eight members of his baseball team that were between ages 9 and 11 at the time of the offenses.

According to U.S. Attorney Damien M. Diggs, the investigation revealed instances where several victims were transported by Isaacks from outside the state and “engaged in illicit sexual conduct.” The trips were verified with records from airlines, credit card information, photos, and witnesses, Diggs said.

Isaacks faces a minimum of 10 years and up to life in federal prison as sentencing. A sentencing hearing will be scheduled after the completion of a presentence investigation by the U.S. Probation Office, the release said.

This case is still being investigated by the FBI, the Sabine County Sheriff’s Office, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, and the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office.
