J.J. Watt, Texans teammates kick off relief efforts for Harvey victims Texans to meet families, donate to hard hit areas
HOUSTON – Texans star J.J. Watt and his teammates kicked off a day of Hurricane Harvey relief efforts on Sunday for victims of the massive flooding that swept through the Houston area.
Texans players and their families were set to gather at various locations across the city that were greatly impacted by Hurricane Harvey.

The Texans players will be distributing supplies, in partnership with J.J. Watt’s Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund, which, as of Sunday morning, has raised over $17.5 million.
Watt discussed his fundraiser on Sunday and said he will take time to make sure those funds are distributed properly, and go to victims of the flooding catastrophe.
Watt posted a video on Twitter on Saturday that showed the inside of a large warehouse filled with donation items and pallets full of supplies, which are all headed to victims of Harvey's flooding.
