Brazoria man arrested after traveling to Kentucky to have sex with minors, officials say
FRANKFORT, Ky. – A Brazoria man was arrested after he traveled to Lexington, Kentucky, to have sex with two children under the age of 12, according to Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear.
State investigators and airport police arrested Gregory Lee Hruby Friday and charged him with four counts of unlawful use of electronic means originating or received within Kentucky to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities, Beshear's office said.
Investigators said if Hruby is able to post his $100,000 bond, he will be required to wear an ankle monitor.
Hruby was previously convicted of driving while intoxicated in 2007.
