Martinez is accused of jumping bail on a pending criminal trespassing case from a May arrest, according to police.

When he was arrested on May 7, police said Martinez was arrested for criminal trespassing and then posted bond. Police said he then skipped his court date.

Shortly after missing his court date, he was arrested on a separate charge of evading arrest and the criminal trespassing warrant, according to police. He posted bond on both charges, again, police said.

Days after posting bond on the two charges, Martinez was arrested for reckless driving, according to police.

He was driving faster than 70 mph in a 35 mph speed zone and also drove the wrong way on a freeway feeder road, police said. He posted bond on the new charges, as well, according to police.

With three pending cases, police said Martinez is believed to be in northeast Houston and is known to carry guns.

Anyone with information on Martinez's whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS or the Houston Police Department’s Northeast Division 832-395-1500.
