Mugshot released of man accused of making threat that closed Bush Airport's Terminal D

HOUSTON – A mugshot has been released of a man accused of making a bomb threat at George Bush Intercontinental Airport's Terminal D Wednesday.

The terminal was briefly closed Wednesday as law enforcement responded to the threat.

Jose Emanuel Morquecho Carrillo, 24, is charged with making a terroristic threat, court documents show.

On Wednesday, Houston police said that a passenger became impatient at a ticket counter and made a comment about having explosives in his backpack.

Police said about 25 other passengers were evacuated from the ticketing area, and the bomb squad was called to the scene to evaluate the bag.

Police said flights were not delayed.
