Galveston County Precinct 4 Constable Jerry Fisher arrested on suspicion of DWI

GALVESTON COUNTY, Texas – Galveston County Precinct 4 Constable Jerry Fisher was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, according to police.

Fisher, 63, was arrested after a caller reported him erratically driving a white SUV southbound on Highway 3, south of League City, police said.

League City police said officers pulled over Fisher and a woman passenger identified as Franchelle Forgy, 53.

Investigators said officers arrested Fisher after they determined he was under the influence. Fisher's blood was drawn at an area hospital, and he was later booked at League City Jail on a $1,500 bond, investigators said.

Forgy was also arrested and charged with public intoxication.
