ALVIN, Texas – A suspect has been charged after police said a man was found dead Sunday morning inside an Alvin restaurant.

Gorge Luis Olmos, 20, has been charged with aggravated assault in the death of 47-year-old Javier M. Lopez.

Police received a call for help around 7 a.m. Sunday at Emily's Mexican restaurant in the 2300 block of West State Highway 6. When officers arrived, police said they found Lopez dead.
