Missing 16-year-old girl found safe

HOUSTON – A 16-year-old girl who went missing Thursday was found safe, officials with Texas EquuSearch said.

It announced that Mary Durrett was found safe on the Texas EquuSearch Facebook page Wednesday.

Durrett was last seen walking near the Museum District, Houston police said at the time of her disappearance.
