HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities need the public's help to find parolees who are missing after the catastrophic flooding during Hurricane Harvey.
The Parole Division within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice issued 69 warrants for parolees residing in Harris County during the severe weather.

Below is a breakdown of those warrants:
- 9 have been arrested and face possible action by the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole
- 33 warrants have been withdrawn
- 27 are still active (see gallery)
During the storm, the agency evacuated the Southeast Texas Transitional Center, which is a Houston halfway house, and the parolees were moved to other facilities.
They are repairing the damage to the facility.
