BRAZORIA COUNTY, Texas – A Brazoria County judge on Monday banned recreational boating in the Brazos River, San Bernard River, Oyster Creek and Bastrop Bayou until further notice.
Judge Matt Sebesta issued the order to decrease damage to real and personal property of others and public safety during this flooding disaster.
The ban takes effect immediately.
