Missing 79-year-old Richmond man found safe No description found
HOUSTON – A 79-year-old Richmond man who was the subject of a Silver Alert after he was reported missing Monday night was found safe Wednesday, officials said.
Muhammad Shabbir, who is mentally impaired, was last seen at 8 p.m. in the 1900 block of Gable Cove Court, wearing a blue and white striped button-down shirt and gray jogging pants.
Fort Bend County officials said a helicopter located Shabbir, and that he was in good condition.
