Chad Holley's probation extended to 2021 after violation No description found
HOUSTON – The young man who made national news in 2010 when surveillance video captured Houston police officers kicking and beating him, was back in court Friday.
Chad Holley has been in jail since September for an alleged probation violation and prosecutors wanted the judge to revoke his probation and send him to prison.
Instead, the judge ordered his release and continued his probation until 2021.
Holley's fiancee is ready for his release and for him to start college.
Holley's attorney said the judge told Holley if he violates his probation, he will go to prison.
