Woman claims man was pointing phone camera up her skirt at Fort Bend County store

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas – Four days ago, a woman said she caught a man recording inappropriate videos of her while she was shopping at the Walmart on Highway 6 near the Westpark Tollway.

The woman asked for her identity to be revealed.

She said the whole experience left her feeling vulnerable and violated in a way she could have never imagined.

"You feel so violated. I have never felt so violated in my life," she said.

The woman said she was shopping for storage containers when she felt something brush up against the back of her right leg.

She said she turned around and saw a man with his cellphone under her dress.

"When I turned around, I saw this guy with his cell phone under my dress. I tried to chase him down," she said.

The woman said the man got away before she could stop him, but she was able to get a surveillance photo of him from Walmart's security system after she gave a description of him to a store employee.

We have blurred the man's face because authorities have not said it is the man they are looking for at this time.

"They were able to get his picture of his truck in the parking lot, not the license plate because it was too quick. He took off so fast," she said.

She said she wants him caught so that he doesn’t get to victimize and humiliate other unsuspecting women the way he violated her.

"It makes you scared to go out and buy groceries, thinking that some pervert is going to do this to you while you are shopping so I want all the women out there to be aware," she said.
