HARIS COUNTY, Texas – Police are asking for the public's help in identifying at least seven people wanted in connection with more than 50 burglaries of auto parts stores throughout north Houston and Harris County.
Investigators believe that the men work in groups of two or three when they break into the stores.

According to police, the group, described as men between 30 and 50 years old, used a white Ford van, dark-colored sedans and a dark-colored Ford Ranger with a two-tone tailgate and a horizontal silver plate in the middle. There are no license plate descriptions, police said.
Investigators said it is believed that the group is responsible for more than $120,000 in losses and damages since December 2016. The men enter the businesses through a glass front door or window and carry out car batteries and 3-ton car jacks, police said.
Anyone with information about the burglaries or the men is asked to contact the North Division Priority Investigation Unit at 832-394-3781 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
