Man faces 3 child porn charges for alleged relationship with teen

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A 21-year-old man has been charged with three counts of possession of child pornography, authorities in Harris County say.

Investigators received a complaint that Brigidio Santos Marroquin was allegedly romantically involved with a 14-year-old girl.

Authorities said they found out that sexually explicit photographs were allegedly exchanged between Marroquin and the teenager.

Authorities executed a search warrant and discovered physical evidence implicating Marroquin, according to reports.

“The defendant, Brigido Santos Marroquin, was charged with three counts of felony possession of child pornography and is currently out on bond awaiting trial.” Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said.

Marroquin is out of jail after he posted a $60,000 bail.
