FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas – A Fort Bend County narcotics investigation netted six arrests and took cocaine, synthetic cannabinoids and Xanax off the streets.

The Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force concluded the investigation, which targeted street-level sales of drugs.

“The Narcotics Task Force members do a remarkable job in tracking and finding and then arresting people who are in the illicit drug business,” said Sheriff Troy Nehls. “The Task Force is a coalition of agents from several police agencies in this area, so credit goes to all the agencies who participate. The real winners are the citizens of Fort Bend County and the surrounding area.”

Authoritis said they found the drugs after executing a search warrant on a home in the 5000 block of Bryan Road.
