Argument ends in stabbing at northwest Houston apartment

Houston police are investigating an argument that led to a stabbing in a northwest Houston apartment complex.

Adrian Dickey, 42, was taken to Ben Taub Hospital Saturday listed in critical but stable condition after police said he was stabbed during an argument with another man.

Dickey told police the other man attacked him during the argument at 5450 West Gulf Bank. That man told police he stabbed Dickey in self defense. 

Police are investigating further information from Dickey who was not able to make a statement at the scene.
