Husband charged with murder in stabbing death of wife in west Harris County
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A husband was charged with murder in the stabbing death of his wife in west Harris County.
Investigators said Rene Jaime, 52, got into a fight with his 52-year-old wife Thursday night at their Katy home in the 22400 block of Coriander Drive. At some point, Jaime stabbed the wife multiple times, deputies said.
It is unclear what led to the altercation.
The couple's two teenage sons, ages 15 and 13, were home at the time of the stabbing, investigators said. They were in another room and were not hurt, deputies said.
Jaime was booked into the Harris County jail.
