Festival of Lights kicks off at Moody Gardens in Galveston

GALVESTON, Texas – Moody Gardens celebrated its 15^th annual Festival of Lights Saturday evening in Galveston.

The festival has more than 1 million lights with 100 animated light displays and entertainment. Moody Gardens also has an outdoor ice skating rink where you have the option of bringing your own skates or renting.

The event starts at 6 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m. Festival tickets are $10.95 and Arctic Slide tickets are $7 for each slide, $20 for 10 slides or $25 for all-day access.
